Order Cancellations
If you have just placed a custom printed order, and it has not been printed or shipped, you may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations should be made within 3 hours of purchase for your best chance for a refund; we are proud to have a quick turnaround, and cannot refund custom printed orders.
If your order has been printed but not shipped, you may be eligible for a partial refund (shipping cost only).
Please contact us immediately if you have any changes or cancellations to your order so we can provide you the best service.
If you placed a non-custom printed order you wish to cancel, and your order has not shipped, you may contact us to cancel the order and receive a full refund. In this case, contact us right away at ntw@identitysystemsinc.com, or by giving us a call at 1-614-448-1747 to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
Returns
All shipped custom sales are final. Please inspect your product as soon as it arrives. If your product is defective please contact us right away.
You have 30 calendar days to return a non-custom item (such as magnetic attachments) from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your
returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting
the item. - If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method
of payment). - You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s
policies (usually, within a week/7 days of the refund issue date).
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Our shipping department hours are weekdays from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. We do not ship on
national holidays or weekends.
